Method´s

Before the recruitment effort is started we spend considerable time investigating our customer´s current situation. We will interview the person in charge of the recruitment and other staff in order to obtain a wider picture of the company. Our questions focus around the companies strategies, customer´s relations, leadership and expectations on the recruitee.

Every recruitment is lead by a lead consultant who heads up the internal team, from interview with the customer´s, through search, to reference calls. We handle all gathering of facts ourselves to ensure that we understand our customers and candidates as well as possible.
